Growth Marketer

Remote Growth Full-time $115k–$160k / year

We don't believe in growth hacks that embarrass the product. We believe in growth that compounds — the kind that comes from people recommending our tools to their coworkers because they genuinely help. You'll lead that work.

What You'll Do

  • 01

    Own acquisition, activation, and retention metrics across one or more Vantage products.

  • 02

    Run experiments end to end — hypothesis, implementation, measurement, learning.

  • 03

    Write landing pages, onboarding emails, and in-product copy that sound like a human wrote them.

  • 04

    Partner with product on activation improvements that move real numbers, not vanity metrics.

  • 05

    Know when to kill a channel and when to double down.

What We're Looking For

  • 01

    4+ years in growth, marketing, or product marketing at a software company.

  • 02

    Track record of driving measurable user growth (not just "ran the funnel").

  • 03

    Strong copywriter. You can turn a feature into a reason to care.

  • 04

    Comfortable with analytics tools and data — you shouldn't need someone else to pull the numbers for you.

Nice to Have

  • 01

    Built and owned a product-led growth motion before.

  • 02

    SEO, paid, or lifecycle specialism — breadth is great, but we want someone sharp on at least one channel.

  • 03

    A bias toward brand that actually means something, not just wallpaper.
