4+ years in growth, marketing, or product marketing at a software company.
Track record of driving measurable user growth (not just "ran the funnel").
Strong copywriter. You can turn a feature into a reason to care.
Comfortable with analytics tools and data — you shouldn't need someone else to pull the numbers for you.
Built and owned a product-led growth motion before.
SEO, paid, or lifecycle specialism — breadth is great, but we want someone sharp on at least one channel.
