The site is operated by Vantage Enterprises, LLC (“Vantage,” “we,” “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Each of our portfolio products has its own terms on its own website. Those terms, not these, apply when you use a product.

Everything on the site is general information about Vantage, our ventures, and our plans. It may change without notice, and we don't promise it is complete or current. In particular:

• Not an investment offer. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in Vantage or any portfolio company, and nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice.
• Forward-looking statements. Descriptions of products in development, planned launches, and future ventures reflect current intentions, not commitments.
• Job listings. Roles, compensation ranges, and benefits are posted in good faith but are not an offer of employment. Any offer will be made in writing.

The site's text, design, graphics, and code, and the Vantage name, logos, and product names, belong to Vantage or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Journalists and partners may use the assets in our media kit to cover or reference Vantage, following the guidelines there. Any other use needs our written permission.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or our systems, or interfere with how they work.
• Send malware, spam, or automated traffic that burdens the site.
• Scrape or copy the site in bulk for commercial purposes.
• Impersonate Vantage or our team, or suggest an affiliation that doesn't exist.
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law.

We welcome messages, applications, and feedback. Please don't send confidential or proprietary information unless we have agreed in writing to receive it confidentially. If you send ideas or suggestions about our products or ventures, we may use them without any obligation to you. We build companies from ideas about what is missing in an industry, and we may already be working on something similar to what you send.

The site links to websites we don't control, as well as our portfolio products. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vantage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Craighead County, Arkansas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
