Privacy Policy

This policy covers vantageholdingsgroup.com (the “site”), run by Vantage Enterprises, LLC (“Vantage,” “we,” “us”), 361 Southwest Drive, Unit #617, Jonesboro, AR 72401, USA. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

Our portfolio products, such as Vantage Recruiter and Vantage Workforce, run on their own websites under their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover them.

Emails you send us. Some links on this site, such as applying for a role or reaching our press team, open your own email app addressed to one of our inboxes. If you send that email, we receive whatever you include: usually your name, email address, message, and any attachments such as a resume or portfolio.

Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe on the newsletter page, we collect your email address.

Basic server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical details when your browser requests a page: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the time. These logs are used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

That is the complete list. There are no accounts, no payments, and no forms that collect anything beyond a newsletter email address.

We don't use cookies. We don't run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any third-party tracking scripts. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading the site doesn't send your information to a font service.

The only thing the site stores in your browser is a single session storage flag (vantage-preloaded) that remembers you have already seen the intro animation, so it plays once per visit instead of on every page. It contains no personal information, is never sent to us, and is deleted when you close the tab. Because there are no cookies or trackers, there is no cookie banner.

• To read and reply to your messages, including press, partnership, and support requests.
• To review job applications and contact candidates about roles.
• To send the newsletter to subscribers.
• To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

We rely on your consent for the newsletter, which you can withdraw at any time. We rely on our legitimate interests to answer messages you send us and to keep the site secure. For job applications, we process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where the law requires us to keep or disclose information, we rely on legal obligation.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run things for us under contract: our website host (Google Cloud, through Firebase App Hosting) and our email provider. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vantage or others.
• A successor if Vantage is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

• Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and keep reasonable business records.
• Job applications are kept for up to two years so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period, typically around 30 days.

Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, the EEA, and the UK, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email contact@vantageholdingsgroup.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for transfers out of the EEA or UK.

The site is served only over HTTPS, and access to our inboxes and hosting is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don't email us sensitive information such as government ID or financial account numbers.

This site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email contact@vantageholdingsgroup.com and we will delete it.

The site links to other websites, including our portfolio products. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, so please review those when you visit them.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on this page.
